Online Bank That's Unlikely to Fail
Context-aware AI document editor, productivity sidebar for Chrome, social following business card and more
Greetings from The SaaSsy Entrepreneur, a weekly newsletter that injects a healthy dose of digital steroids into your life and business 💉
Today we'll cover 5 useful tools and 5 interesting links.
⌛️ TL;DR
🛠️ Productivity
Launch Google apps from a sidebar in any tab
Add ChatGPT, games, calculators, and more
Access sites by most or recently visited, favorited, bookmarked
Pricing: Free
My 2 cents: If your Chrome browser hasn’t come to a screeching halt under the weight of all the extensions installed over the years, first of all, congrats. Second, check out Manganum. It’s similar to Gmail’s app sidebar except it’s available in any tab and has way more features and integrations.
🎨 Creativity
Clean clutter-free UI
Convenient and easy to remember keyboard shortcuts
AI suggestions based on document’s current context
Pricing: 20 free AI prompts; $29/month unlimited AI; 20% off when billed annually
My 2 cents: Another AI-powered Google Docs alternative. Type is similar to Lex (which I covered here) in that it’s clean and focused on writing. What sets Type apart is context awareness, i.e. AI predictions based on what’s already in the document. However, unlike Lex, it does not have collaboration features as of yet. Something to be aware of.
📈 Marketing
Display total number of social followers across all channels
Add skills and other non-social links
Pricing: Free
My 2 cents: It's like a bio link page, except with fewer bells and whistles. Think of YourChamp as a business e-card that showcases your social clout. One use case would be including it when reaching out to potential sponsors.
💰 Money
Online-first checking and savings accounts
No minimum balance, hidden or overdraft fees
Built-in accounting and automated tax saving features
Pricing: Basic free; $9/month Pro includes tax optimizer and DIY accounting
My 2 cents: For starters, there’s not a single “s” in Lili (ahem Silvergate, SVB, Signature ahem). So, the probability of it collapsing is already way down. Jokes aside, Lili is partnered with Choice Financial Group, the same FDIC insured bank that’s behind Mercury. Plus, it’s a solid online bank for small businesses with plenty of useful features up its sleeves.
💻 Business
Combines multiple tools in one platform
Natively integrates with other tools
Used by many popular creators and influencers
Pricing: $29/month; 0 transaction fees
My 2 cents: If you have a digital product or building one and you’re not sure where to sell it, Stan just might be the answer. Imagine if Gumroad and LinkTree had a baby. That would be Stan.

Let's play a little, shall we
The name of the game is "Guess the number of replies" 🎰
Simply reply to this email with your best guess of how many people reply to this email in one week. Whoever guesses the correct number wins the prize pool money 💰 The counter resets every week, btw.
If no one guesses the number I'll double the pool and the show will go on. Heads up, I'll be posting the # of active newsletter subscribers on Twitter and LinkedIn occasionally.
If by the year's end, the game is still on I'll donate the money to a charity of y'all's choosing.
May the odds be ever in your favor!
Current prize pool: $40
